Legal
Terms of Service
Effective: October 11, 2026
These Terms govern access to Glyphix, a business-to-business software service for professional healthcare organizations. By using the service, an organization agrees to these Terms and is responsible for its authorized users.
1. Professional Use and Accounts
Glyphix is intended for licensed healthcare professionals, clinics, and their authorized staff. Customers must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of information submitted to the service.
2. AI and Medical Disclaimer
Glyphix is a clinical decision-support and workflow automation tool intended solely for licensed medical professionals. Glyphix does not provide direct medical advice, diagnosis, or triage to consumers, nor does it replace professional medical judgment (Human-in-the-loop requirement).
AI-generated content is assistive and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A qualified professional must review, validate, and approve all clinical documentation and decisions before use.
3. Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Glyphix for unlawful activity, to bypass security controls, to interfere with the service, or to upload malicious content. Consumer end users and persons under 18 may not use Glyphix. Customers must comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, professional, and records-retention laws.
4. Service Level and Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service and may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency changes. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided on an availability basis and no uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyphix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Glyphix's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
